Pro Automotive Repair provides a limited warranty on parts and labor. Warranty terms vary by service and are disclosed on your repair invoice. Warranties do not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, modification, racing, commercial use, or failure to follow recommended maintenance intervals. Please retain your invoice as proof of service.
5. Vehicle Storage and Pickup
Vehicles left at our facility are the customer's responsibility. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your vehicle, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, vandalism, acts of God, or other events outside our control. Vehicles not picked up within 30 days of completion or customer notification may be subject to storage fees and, where permitted by Texas law, mechanic's lien procedures.
